General Refund Policy

⚠️ Important Notice

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE

This policy applies to all advertising services and campaigns purchased through UpScale Marketing Solutions. Once payment has been processed and advertising services have begun, refunds are generally not available.

Refund Exceptions

While our general policy is that all purchases are final, we do provide refunds of the unspent balance in the following specific circumstances:

Eligible Refund Cases
  • If UpScale Marketing Solutions refuses to provide advertising services to the client for any reason, the advertising budget will be returned to the client in full.
  • If Google Ads does not approve the video for advertising, the advertising budget can be returned to the client in full, or the client can provide another video for the promotion instead.

Payment and Currency Information

Charges associated with your purchases will appear on your active credit/debit card statement. All prices displayed on the Site are in US dollars and are payable in US dollars.

Any eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase within 30 business days of approval.

  • The specific reason for your refund request
  • Any supporting documentation or correspondence

Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days to inform you of the approval or denial of your refund request.
